Kitchen Diary 101 - Roast pork with caramilised sweet pineapples.

Made roast pork (first time ever!) with caramelized sweet pineapples and I must say the recipe did do justice. The skin was unbelievably crispy and the meat + fats in the middle just melt in your mouth like chocolate. 

 Thank you Terry for the great recipe and this will be in my "must-make-this-soon-again" list!

Hello there!


My first ever post of a new chapter in life! 

After several months of soul-searching, I've decided to come up with strawberries and unicorn as this new journey will be on everything I love, adore and experience about food, travel, fashion, music, books and every other bits & bobs that excites me and keeps my inspiration juice flowing. 

I hope this will not be my last but one of the many things that I will look back and not regret a single bit. x
