Kitchen Diary 101 - Roast pork with caramilised sweet pineapples.

Made roast pork (first time ever!) with caramelized sweet pineapples and I must say the recipe did do justice. The skin was unbelievably crispy and the meat + fats in the middle just melt in your mouth like chocolate. 

 Thank you Terry for the great recipe and this will be in my "must-make-this-soon-again" list!
